Description
A blend for the lengths of the hair
Our hair serum is built on the two oils we certify — argan oil and prickly pear seed oil, both certified organic by Ecocert under the EU and USDA organic standards — with three more oils, each there for a reason.
What each oil does
- Argan oil — the base. Rich and supple, it gives the hair softness without weighing it down.
- Prickly pear seed oil — a light, dry oil that keeps the blend from feeling greasy.
- Castor oil — the thickest oil there is. It coats the lengths and gives them body and shine.
- Nigella oil — rich, with a faintly peppery note.
- Rose petal macerate — rose petals left to steep in sunflower oil, for a soft finish.
Who it is for
Dry, thick, curly or coloured lengths — the hair that is drier at the ends than at the root, which is most long hair.
Two ways to use it
As a treatment, once a week. Work it into the lengths and the scalp, leave it thirty minutes or overnight, then wash as usual. The shampoo takes the oil out; what it leaves is the softness.
To finish, any day. One drop rubbed between the palms and drawn through the last few centimetres of dry hair.
Questions we are asked
My hair is fine. Is it too heavy? Keep to the ends and to one drop. Fine hair takes it best as the weekly treatment, washed out.
Can I use it on the scalp? Yes, as the pre-wash treatment, then wash it out.
How long does a bottle last? Used as a weekly treatment on shoulder-length hair, a 50 ml bottle lasts a good while — the finishing drop uses very little.
