You buy your products from us, we take care of the paperwork. Safety report (CPSR), Product Information File (PIF) and CPNP notification, done by your manufacturer, from €290 per product.
In the European Union, every cosmetic product must have three things before it goes on sale: a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) signed by a qualified safety assessor, a Product Information File (PIF) kept by the brand, and a notification on the EU CPNP portal. This applies to your brand even if the product is exactly the same as ours.
As your manufacturer, we already hold the formulas, raw material documents, stability data and existing safety reports. Most consultants charge you to collect or redo them.
We already hold safety reports and complete product files for our own products. Your file is built on that existing data, so there is nothing to start from scratch: it costs far less, and takes weeks instead of months, than going to a new laboratory.
No back-and-forth between your supplier and a consultant. We prepare everything and hand you a complete file for each product.

All market prices above are orders of magnitude, taken from the public price lists of European laboratories and consultants. Laboratories usually sell the full set as a package, typically between €1,200 and €1,800 per product.

Exact quote per project. If a specific product needs an additional test, we tell you before starting. Water-based products (for example floral waters) need preservation tests and are quoted separately.

Notification. We notify your products on the CPNP portal and send you the complete files.
No. A safety report is issued for a specific brand and Responsible Person. But because the product and the data are the same, preparing yours is much faster and cheaper.
You are: a person or company based in the European Union, whose name and address appear on the label. You keep the Product Information File and must be able to show it if the authorities ask.
Usually not: your file reuses the data we already hold for our products. Some products need extra tests — water-based ones, for example. We tell you before you pay.
The products you buy from us: argan oil, prickly pear seed oil, nigella oil, black soap, ghassoul (rhassoul) clay, nila powder, aker fassi and our other powders. Ask us for any other product.
About 3 weeks from the moment we have your details, compared with 3 to 6 months when everything is redone from scratch.
Ask us: the UK has its own notification portal (SCPN) and requires a Responsible Person based in the UK.
