The order matters
The hammam, in order
Steam first, then soap, then the glove, then clay. You run out of them at different speeds, which is why we sell them separately.
Spread on damp skin and wait ten minutes. It does not lather. That is how you know it is the real thing.
Long, firm strokes. It does nothing on dry skin, so it goes after the soap, never before.
Clay mixed with warm water, rinsed before it dries. Or the powder, for a finer scrub on the face.
Ghassoul clay from €19.99 · Tabrima powder from €24.99
To finish: rose water, if you want it.

We leave the critical ones up. There are more on our Google profile.
“Maintains the pH balance of my skin perfectly. The only minor issue is its slightly sticky feel before it fully dries.”
“Great for exfoliating and leaves my skin feeling fresh. However, I’m not a big fan of its gel-like texture.”
“Does the job. My go-to natural moisturizer now.”

Who makes it
A family of pharmacists, and the women who supply them
Laboratory
Every batchEvery batch passes organoleptic tests before shipping. Our oils and floral waters are tested by ONSSA, the Moroccan food safety authority, batch by batch, because they are food-grade as well as cosmetic.
Cooperatives
22Twenty-two women’s cooperatives, around 1,300 women, paid directly. With solidarity partners, we helped build a solar-powered well in one of the villages we buy from. What that changed.
Family
2014Four siblings, pharmacists and biologists, came home to Agadir to press oils properly. Read who we are.
Before you order
The five questions we are asked most
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 4pm. To the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia, two to three days from the warehouse nearest you. Everywhere else, three to four days from Agadir by DHL Express.
Will I pay customs duties?
No. Every order is delivered duties paid. There is nothing to pay on arrival, anywhere in the world.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, contact us within 30 days and we’ll put it right.
Which products are certified organic?
Argan oil, prickly pear seed oil and rose water. Certified organic — Ecocert, EU and USDA. The other eight are natural.
Is anything diluted or blended?
No, and that holds for the whole range. The oils are cold-pressed and single-ingredient. The clays and powders are ground and sieved, nothing added. Where a product is scented or combined on purpose — black soap with argan, ghassoul with argan — the label says so.
Not sure which one?
Four hundred and fifty-six articles, written to be read rather than to rank.
