Your order
Two things and it takes a second: the order number from your confirmation email, and the email address you ordered with.
In the confirmation email, on the first line, in the form #12345. Search your inbox for Fatima’s Garden — and look in the spam folder, which is where it usually is.
Orders placed before 4 pm leave the same day. Two to three days to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia, from the warehouse nearest you. Duties are included.
Write to us with the email address you ordered with and we will find it. We answer in under 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Morocco time.
One order, one email. The tracking form matches the order number against the billing email, so both have to be the ones used at checkout. If you ordered as a guest with a different address, write to us rather than guessing — contact us.
