Lavender Water Foot Soak with: Lavender Water, Epsom salts, and warm water


Purpose:

Pamper your tired feet with this luxurious and relaxing Lavender Water Foot Soak, featuring Fatima’s Garden Lavender Water. This soothing foot soak helps to relieve achy, sore feet, and soften the skin while providing a calming aroma to help you unwind.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Fatima’s Garden Lavender Water
  • 1 cup Epsom salts
  • Warm water (enough to fill your foot bath or basin)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Foot Bath: Fill your foot bath or basin with enough warm water to cover your feet and ankles. Make sure the water is a comfortable temperature for soaking.
  2. Add the Epsom Salts: Pour 1 cup of Epsom salts into the warm water, and use your hands to gently stir the water until the salts dissolve.
  3. Add the Lavender Water: Pour 1/2 cup of Fatima’s Garden Lavender Water into the foot bath, and gently stir the water to mix.
  4. Soak Your Feet: Place your feet in the foot bath and soak for 15-20 minutes, allowing the Lavender Water and Epsom salts to work their magic on your tired, achy feet. You can use this time to relax, read a book, or meditate.
  5. Pat Dry and Moisturize: After soaking, remove your feet from the foot bath and gently pat them dry with a clean towel. Apply a nourishing foot cream or a few drops of Fatima’s Garden Argan Oil or Prickly Pear Seed Oil to your feet, massaging the oil into your skin to lock in moisture and promote soft, smooth feet.
