How long will one pot of Aker Fassi last?

This is a major concern for many, as some low-quality products run out quickly. Our long-lasting Aker Fassi is different. It is made with layers of highly concentrated powder. With proper use (only dampening your brush, not the pot), one pot should last for many months of regular application. It is not just a thin layer of color on top of clay.

My Aker Fassi arrived broken in the past from other brands. Is yours different?

Why does the color look patchy or only stain the inside of my lips?

This usually happens for two reasons: your lips are a bit dry, or the application technique needs a small adjustment. For a perfect, even stain, first exfoliate your lips gently. Will Aker Fassi dry out my lips?

Because it is a natural powder stain, it does not contain the moisturizing waxes found in lipstick. It can feel drying on its own. However, this is easily solved. Simply apply a hydrating lip balm or a drop of our Argan Oil on top once the stain is fully dry.

Is the color buildable?

Absolutely. That is one of its best features. One layer provides a soft, rosy tint. Two or three layers will build up to a deep, vibrant red. You have complete control over the intensity.

Our authentic Aker Fassi is made from two natural ingredients: dried poppy petals (Papaver Rhoeas) and pomegranate bark. We use no synthetic dyes, preservatives, or chemicals.

Yes, it is generally safe as it’s a natural product. However, we always recommend performing a patch test 24 hours before your first use to be certain. Apply a small amount to your inner arm to check for any reaction.
