We provide a logo design service for your brand where we ask you some questions about how you want your brand to feel like.
we then come back to you with two logo propositions.
you pick up the one that you prefer. If you wish, and have some revisions you want to apply to the chosen design, we can do it once for you and come back to you with a revised version.

Using your logo, we provide a label design service where we collaborate with you to make a label design that suits you.
If you have in mind an idea of the design you want, you can share it with us and we’ll come back to you with a design proposition.
Otherwise, we can make a label on our own and present it to you. You can then give your feedback that we will apply to the final label.
We will also add some mandatory info to the label like the country of origin, the manufacturer, the logos, so it compliant with the Ecocert policies & regulations.

This is a part where we handle it for you.
We will send your label to Ecocert for approval.
If they come back and a refusal and some feedback, we will apply the needed corrections and send it back for validation.

Orders of less than 10 kg can be considered as “samples” and can be shipped in the same day through Fedex or DHL.
If the order is more than 10kg, it is considered as a proper exportation and must undergo an additional government quality and purity inspection prior to the shipping day.

Payment : if so, the remaining 70% should be paid at this step

Once your order is shipped, you receive a tracking number that we track online until arrival
Depending on your country’s legislation and order size, you can receive your order at your destination, or you can be notified by the forwarder that you need to clear your customs fees prior to receiving your order.
It is better that the buyer get all the information and clarification of what is needed to receive his order in his country properly.
